My DS708 Intermittently shuts off when testing a car. The power cord changed already.

What could possibly be the problem? Anybody seen this before? I read that somebody at Autel said it was an easy fix. Maybe if I take it apart I can check it, maybe just any easy solder connection. How much to have Autel fix it? Estimate, Thanks.
